JERSEY SHORE — A disturbance on North Main Street late Saturday night landed Jessica E. Barger in the Lycoming County Prison, and Lycoming Regional police Sgt. Brian Fioretti in an emergency room with serious upper body injuries, according to court documents. Officers were dispatched to an apartment at 225 N.
