Nadeen L. (Vining) Hauke, 87, of Williamsport went to be with her Lord on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at The Williamsport Home.
Born June 2, 1938 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late Paul Raymond Vining and Daisy (Kahler) Vining Santalucia. A proud graduate of Williamsport High School, Class of 1956, Nadeen went on to marry the love of her life, Elwood A. “Butch” Hauke, on May 5, 1958, beginning a beautiful lifelong partnership rooted in love and devotion. Her legacy of faith, family, and quiet strength will be remembered by all who knew her.
Nadeen was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where her faith brought her great joy and purpose throughout her life. She found simple pleasures in the quiet focus of real jigsaw puzzles and dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her family. Above all, Nadeen cherished her roles as a loving wife and mother, which she considered the most important and fulfilling parts of her life. Nadeen had a deep love for music and shared her talents generously. She was especially skilled at playing the organ and had a beautiful singing voice, which she used often in both her home and church. She also enjoyed playing the Hawaiian guitar, bringing warmth and harmony to family gatherings and worship services alike.
