Dennis W. Cochran

Dennis W. Cochran, 54, of Montoursville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, at UPMC Williamsport.

Born in Williamsport, on June 17, 1971, he was the son of the late Ronald Howard Cochran and Connie Ann (Connonie) Cochran. Dennis was the loving husband of Miranda (Scheurer) Cochran, with whom he shared 27 years of marriage.

Dennis worked various jobs throughout his life, including at Little Caesars, where he met his wife, and 20+ years as a customer service representative. He was never afraid to express his beliefs and to uphold the values of Christianity.

Dennis enjoyed developing various hobbies and interests, sometime on a whim.

He especially loved coaching sports teams and being surrounded by his family. He will be remembered as a man that put others before himself, always willing to help those who needed it. He will also be remembered for his sense of humor, being quite the jokester and often bringing smiles to those around him.

In addition to his wife, Dennis leaves behind his sons, Ronald Cochran and Devin Cochran; his daughter, Mikaela Cochran; his brother, Jason Cochran Sr. and wife, Jeri Lynn Cochran; his sister, Robin Bennett and husband, Milton Bennett; his nephews, Jason Jr., Sean, Kyle, Jaxen, Owen, Robert, IV and Rowan; and his nieces, Jaylynn, Laila, Kannon, and Ariana.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Cory Cochran.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, 2 p.m., at St. James Lutheran Church, 1679 Lycoming Mall Road, Muncy, PA 17756.
