Carl McFee

Carl McFee, 68, of Hughesville, died Thursday, April 9, 2026, at The Gatehouse at Divine Providence. Born August 16, 1957, in Salamanca, NY, he was a son of the late Norman and Katharine (Betz) McFee. He married the former Beverly Bartlow on August 3, 1979, and the two shared many loving years together.

A 1975 Graduate of Williamsport High School, Carl went straight into the workforce, working numerous jobs over his lifetime. Over the last 10 years, he worked as a forklift driver for Leclerc Foods in Montgomery. In his free time, Carl had a passion for hunting, fishing, and playing cards with his family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Beverly, of Hughesville; are two daughters, Tiffany Liebersohn and Katharine Balliet both of Muncy; grandchildren, Damien Balliet, Autumn Powell, Tyler Liebersohn, Kylie Liebersohn, and Ayden Liebersohn; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jacqueline (Michael) Majors.

In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his brothers, Steven and Paul McFee.

Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home – Hughesville, 557 E. Water St. Hughesville, Pennsylvania, with Pastor Martin Coffey officiating. Burial will follow at Twin Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
