Francis A. Russo passed away on February 9, 2026 at his home in Woodbridge, VA. He was born June 29, 1947 in Renovo, PA to the late Ernest M. Russo and Anna R (Sciabica) Russo. He attended St. Josephs Catholic School graduating in 1964. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy, served aboard USS Coral Sea CVA-42. The majority of his military service was spent in the South China Seas, Tonkin Gulf. Born January 3, 1951, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late James and Beatrice (Light) Eck.
