Dennis C. Ruddy

Dennis C. Ruddy, a wonderful son, brother and friend, passed away at Centennial Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev. on May 7, 2026, after a brief illness. He was born on Nov. 19, 1951, a son of Henry C. and Carole L. Ruddy, he graduated from Loyalsock High School in 1969 and from Penn State University in 1973. He worked as a chemical engineer for the Environmental Protection Agency for 30 years. His travels took him to forty-four states and parts of Europe. Dennis was a very thoughtful person and was always there to lend a helping hand to someone in need. He attended many Broadway shows ...
