Paul C. Boyer
Paul Chester Boyer, aka Chet, Goob and Papa, 85, passed away peacefully at Excelcare in Lewes, Del., on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025. Paul was born in Muncy Valley, to the late Paul F. and Kattie P. (Puderbaugh) Boyer. He retired from the State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, where he had worked for many years in IT Administration. Paul enjoyed a good baseball game and was a huge New York Yankees fan. He loved being outdoors, especially fishing, crabbing and sailing. Paul also loved a good meal!
