Paul L. Neill, age 85, of Antes Fort, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025. Born on July 28, 1939, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late Hubert and Beatrice (White) Neill. Paul dedicated his career to his work as a Project Manager and Price Estimator for various firms, demonstrating his meticulous nature and commitment to excellence. His proudest professional achievements, however, were found in his service to his country.
