Mabel E. Packard
Mabel E. Packard, 102, of Hughesville, died Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at The Gatehouse at Divine Providence. Born January 2, 1924, in Wallis Run, she was a daughter of C. Raymond Kepner and Lizzie (Remp) Kepner. Mabel married Ralph G. Packard on November 22, 1950, and shared 54 years of marriage prior to his passing on January 15, 2005. Mabel was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She and her husband shared a love of travel.
