He is responsible for the killing of over 163 people by ordering the sinking of over 40 boats in the Caribbean and eastern Pacific that he claims, without evidence, were smuggling drugs. President Trump recently launched a war on fraud, directing federal agencies to crack down on improper payments. He named VP Vance—dubbed the “Fraud Czar”—to lead a task force, claiming the recovered funds would be “country-changing,” lowering the deficit and taxes. We aren’t fooled. As a retired federal agent, I want to thank you for your very logical editorial on the opinion page of the March 26, 2026 Williamsport Sun-Gazette, “ Neighboring state’s gun control push too rushed for comfort.” You clearly set forth how the Democrats have taken over the Virginia state government and pushed through about 20 gun control bills that strip Virginia residents of their Second Amendment gun rights without affecting criminals in any way!
