The Williamsport Sun-Gazette recently had an editorial supporting U.S. Representative Glenn Thompson’s contention that Pennsylvania doesn’t meet the new 6% error requirement for receiving Federal funds for SNAP, the food assistance program that helps the very poor in our state and also provides small family farms with an additional market for their produce in this food assistance program. Fix the road

Our street Vallamont Lane needs repair!!! 12 years or longer the Williamsport Water Co. put new lines going up Williams Road. As they were working on this project, they used all kinds of heavy equipment like front loaders, dump tricks, etc. and using the lane as a thruway. With the heavy load of equipment, it put wear and tear on this road. After they finished, they said that they would fix the road. Here we are in 2025, and nothing has been done!
