Muncy’s Ella Nagel broke a school record last week by becoming the program’s all-time assists leader with 67, surpassing her sister Emilie’s mark. And now, Nagel made history for Muncy once again.

Nagel became the school’s first-ever all-state girls soccer player as the Mid-Penn all-stars were released.

Montgomery’s Taylor Snyder, in her first year coaching the Red Raiders, received Co-Coach of the Year honors alongside CMVT’s Celina Bodnar.

Muncy had a historic season in girls soccer, reaching the state semifinals and winning the first-ever District 4 championship and numerous Indians received Mid-Penn accolades.

Muncy’s offensive scoring duo of Kiki Woodward, a freshman, and Ava Eyer, a junior, were both named first-team forwards along with Sullivan County senior Lily McCarty and Millville junior Brianna Kolk.

Nagel was a first-team Mid-Penn midfielder and Muncy senior Lexi McKeta was a first-team defender. Muncy’s Emma McCormick received honorable mention honors.

South Williamsport senior Ella Moore was named a first-team midfielder and was the only Mountie to receive first-team honors. South Williamsport keeper Althea Street was named an honorable mention all-star.

Montgomery had a pair of first-team all-star selections in sophomore Addisyn Grimm (midfield) and senior Lily Burchell (defender). Montgomery’s Zoe Furman, a senior, was named an honorable mention all-star selection.

Also earning first-team midfield was Millville senior Cailtlyn Ludwig and CMVT’s Piper Karcher and Millville’s Bree Hess were first-team defenders. Millville’s Ayla Boyunegmez was a first-team goalie.

CMVT’s Morgan Lear, Millville’s Flor Miguelez and Sullivan County’s Mariah Hallabuk were honorable mention honorees.
