On Monday, Fink went 2-0 in his matches competed in to advance to the District 4 singles semifinals, which will be played on Wednesday afternoon. Fink will face Bayley Poll of Towanda, the fourth-seed in the tournament while Danville’s David Sommer, the third seed, faces second-seeded Elijah Lin of Loyalsock in the other semifinal. This week’s Bowlers of the Week are Nick Becker and Stacy Gridley. While Becker’s 802 in the Lycoming Engines League was his third 800 series of the season, Gridley’s 744 was her second consecutive 700 series in the Brenda Welshans Memorial League.
