The District 12 major baseball tournament resumed on Sunday with winners’ bracket quarterfinal games. Two days after blanking Keystone, 3-0, in a defensive gem with not much offense, Williamsport Area exploded for 16 runs in a 16-1 rout over Montoursville to advance to the winners’ bracket semifinals.
