Boy Scout begins brick sale for veterans monument in Mill Hall
LOCK HAVEN — In February of this year, local Eagle Scout James Turner attended a Mill Hall Borough Council meeting to request approval for his four-phase Eagle Scout project. He was back at this month’s meeting to let council know he’s beginning the first phase.
