Concert salutes Broadway music

The May public concert of the Williamsport Music Club will be a program completely devoted to Broadway songs from stage and screen. Program chairman David Koskey says there will be something for everyone. Songs from Mame, Newsies, Hello Dolly, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, Oliver, Les Miserables, The Wizard of Oz, My Fair Lady, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Miss Saigon, Fiddler on the Roof and Mamma Mia will be featured in the program. Museum to offer ‘farewell look’ at art exhibit

The public is invited to attend a farewell look at Echoes of Eden at the Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society from 7 to 9 p.m., May 20. There will be no admission charge that evening. Guests will view the exhibition Echoes of Eden in a Rising Republic: Still Life and the Beauty of Becoming, which features a collection of 37 still life paintings from the Neal Milligan Collection. The Thomas T.
