The Lycoming College Art Gallery will open a new exhibit this fall featuring works of photography by Mark Chen, as well as a “Ring” doorbell feature that can be rung to ask the artist questions in real time. The Bald Eagle Art League is beginning the 2021-22 monthly art workshops at 7 p.m., Sept. 2 at the Taber Museum, 858 W. Fourth St., Williamsport. Mickey Mapstone will explain and demonstrate the techniques of Graffiti, inspiring participants to create and leave with their own “TAG” design during this workshop.
