Joshua Daniel Owens, 31, of 1339 Devils Elbow Road, Jersey Shore, has been charged with simple assault and harassment stemming from an incident at his Piatt Township home on Jan. 29, according to Lycoming Regional police. The victim was a minor, police said. He has waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Denise Dieter and is free on $25,000 bail.
