Jonathan Wetlauffer, 31, of 418 Brandon Ave., has been charged with indecent exposure and corrupting the morals of a minor for exposing himself to a female juvenile on Brandon Avenue on Dec. 24, city police allege in an affidavit. He has since waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Aaron Biichle and is free on $50,000 bail.
