Max Donald Fox, 38, of 332 Washington Ave., Jersey Shore, has been arrested on charges of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and harassment after posting on social media last month a photo of a former partner “engaged in sexual conduct,” Lycoming Regional police alleged in a court document.

The victim told investigators that Fox allegedly drove by her home several times and killed flowers on her porch earlier this year after the two broke up. The woman told Fox to leave her alone, but he told her “the only way I’m going to stop is if I get a second protection from abuse order against me,” an officer wrote in an affidavit. The alleged harassment occurred in Jersey Shore, police said.

Fox, already jailed on another criminal matter, was arraigned Friday morning before District Judge Denise Dieter and recommitted to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
