Culinary arts students to present menus from across the U.S.

In the coming weeks, Pennsylvania College of Technology culinary arts students will practice kitchen management skills as they serve a series of dinners featuring American regional cuisine in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant. Served Wednesdays, March 20 to April 24, each week’s menu features signature cuisine from a different corner of the U.S. – from New Orleans’ Cajun and Creole flavors to New England’s famous seafood. BLaST students build connections with local law enforcement

In an effort to strengthen community bonds and foster positive relationships between students and law enforcement, BLaST Intermediate Unit 17 hosted its first “School Grounds and Games” event that brought together Williamsport Bureau, State Police, Juvenile Probation Officers and other esteemed law enforcement officers, according to the release. LOCK HAVEN — Commonwealth University-Lock Haven will host comedian Ryan Erwin on Wednesday, Apr. 3 from 7-8 p.m. in the Sloan Auditorium on campus. Erwin describes himself as “sassy and gassy” and his first comedy special Vertical Claps is streaming with Dry Bar Comedy. He recorded his debut comedy album “Thank you, Thank you” with Helium Records and it debuted at No. 2 on iTunes Charts.
