Susquehanna Greenway mini-grant application period now open

LEWISBURG — The Susquehanna Greenway Partnership is pleased to announce the opening of the 2024 Susquehanna Greenway Mini-Grant Program. The Susquehanna Greenway Mini-Grant program aims to support the advancement of regional outdoor recreation, conservation, trail projects and programs within the Susquehanna Greenway. Loyalsock Creek Men’s Club does work on Little Bear Creek

The Loyalsock Creek Men’s Club recently completed its annual work day on Little Bear Creek and did some creek bank and road stabilization instead of the planned project of cleaning out under the bridge. The Loyalsock Creek Men’s Club, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Fish and Boat Commission, completed the project on Little Bear Creek on August 16-17.
