On TV, I heard that some areas have had two heat waves, which meant that the temperature reached 90 degrees for three days in a row. HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners will meet Friday at the agency’s Harrisburg headquarters. This meeting is one day only, and will begin at 10 a.m. with staff presentations.
