Cameron Andrew Kriner, 22, of 70 Warren St., Montgomery; city police in the 400 block of Market Street on April 24.

Scott Samuel Bower, 21, of 3250 Bottle Run Road, Linden; state police at East Third and Mulberry streets in the city on March 28.

Jean Vlcek, 55, of 917 Second St.; state police at Rose Street and Memorial Avenue in the city on March 27; second DUI offense.

Scott Nicholas Conrad, 28, of Lock Haven; Old Lycoming Township police in the 1900 block of Green Avenue on March 23; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keith Robinson, 49, of 919 Wayne Ave.; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on March 20.

Heather Mae Wertz, 33, of 3372 Lycoming Creek Road; state police on Route 15 in the city on March 20; also charged with possession of Alprazolam without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryce Eugene Bird, 18, of 18 S. Arch St., Montoursville; state police in the 1900 block of Poco Farm Road on March 19.

Kyle Ludwig Schappell, 22, of 300 N. Shaffer Hill Road, Cogan Station; city police on Route 15 at the West Third Street interchange on March 15.

Pamela Kay Raker, 56, of 1504 Oakes Ave.; state police at High and Oliver streets in the city on March 12; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
