Indecent exposure, drug charges amongst those lodged in district courts
3 face drug charges in separate cases
With numerous arrests over the past several years, accused drug dealer Kyiem Bradshaw is no stranger to the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU), which now has filed two additional sets of charges against him, according to court records. One set accuses Bradshaw, 47, of allegedly selling fentanyl to informants from his then city apartment in the 500 block of Lycoming Street on Jan 29 and again on Jan. 31, it was stated in an affidavit.
Immediately following the second sale, investigators raided the apartment with a search warrant.
However, Bradshaw admitted he saw the officers approaching and quickly “flushed a bundle and half fentanyl down the toilet,” the affidavit stated. Still, the officers managed to seize an undisclosed amount of fentanyl that Bradshaw had on him, the court document. In this case, he has been charged with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of illegal use of a cell phone.
In the second case, Bradshaw, now living at 813 Elmira St., faces another pair of felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of a cell phone for his alleged involvement in the Feb. 26 sale of 10 bags of fentanyl to Olivia Ulmer, who in turn handed the bags of drugs over to Steven Sanso, who sold the fentanyl to an informant at West Third and Walnut street in the city, it was alleged in another affidavit. Bradshaw has waived his preliminary hearings in both cases before District Judge Aaron Biichle and is free on $125,000 bail. Both Ulmer and Sanso have already been charged.
In another NEU case, Damien Washington, 45, of 1125 Market St., apartment 2, has been charged with one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance for allegedly selling $250 worth of methamphetamine to an informant at West Third and Center streets in the city on Feb. 9, it was alleged in a court document. At a recent hearing, Biichle ruled there was sufficient evidence to hold him on the one charge. Washington remains jailed in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of bail.
In another case, the NEU has also arrested Bradd Michel Miller, 41, of 1121 W. Southern Ave., South Williamsport, and charged him with delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of a cellphone for allegedly selling a bag of cocaine to an informant at West Central Avenue and Howard Street in the borough on Jan. 25, according to an affidavit. He has waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Whiteman and is free on $15,000 bail.

McKinney, 32, of 45 Fisher Road, Cogan Station, has since been arrested on the new charge and arraigned before Frey. Following a recent preliminary hearing McKinney was held for court and remains free on $5,000 bail. Court documents did not sat where or when he was taken into custody.
