Alexzander Vaugh Feaster, 19, of 2607 Dove St., faces an array of charges after a 12-year-old alleged victim reported that he had exposed himself and forced her to perform acts on him a number of times between February and March of 2025, according to a city police affidavit.

Feaster allegedly admitted to exposing himself to, and having the alleged victim “touch” him two or three times, but denied other allegations, including that he had touched her inappropriately.

Feaster was arraigned on charges of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors by District Judge Christian Frey, and remanded to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
