EOS Worldwide has been giving businesses traction since 2011. Founded by Gino Wickman and based on principles from his book, Traction, EOS Worldwide is designed to foster the growth of businesses through implementing simple concepts and tools.

EOS stands for Entrepreneurial Operating System and it is a partner to facilitate growth. The company motto is “Helping entrepreneurial leadership teams gain traction.”

Professional EOS Implementer and lifelong Williamsport resident, Marshall Welch III, operates out of the Firestone Building on 400 Market Street as an independent franchisee. Welch stated “EOS is for small to medium sized businesses with anywhere between 5 to 250 employees”, primarily businesses that have been established for more than one year. He went on to say EOS is designed to “define core values for each business and attain each organization’s goals” with them at your side.
