The Muncy Township solicitor has quit, a township official confirmed. According to township Supervisor Heath Ohnmeiss, who said he spoke with Vice Chair Denise Artley, Joseph F. Orso III, who was appointed and accepted the solicitor job on April 9, has resigned. Orso declined to comment when reached by the Sun-Gazette on Wednesday afternoon.
