Ronald L. Drum

Ronald L. Drum, 75, of Montgomery, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025, at The Gatehouse At Divine Providence.

Born June 6, 1950, in Muncy, he was a son of the late William and Edna (Weary) Drum.

Ronald graduated from Montgomery High School in 1971 and began working for Schnadig Furniture company in Montoursville. He also worked for Burlington Coat Factory until their closing. He was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Montgomery, and was a senator for the Junior Chamber Organization. Outside of work and his memberships, he was an avid reader of history books, newspapers, and the comic books he collected.

He is survived by a sister, Darena (Andrew) Follmer, of Montoursville; a brother, Rick (Tina) Drum, of Pine, CO; two nephews, Zach and Tyler Drum; four nieces, Allison (Brian) Paulhamus, Sandy (Tim) Eastley, Erin (John) Travland, and Alex Drum; and nine great nieces and nephews.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, William and Edna Drum, and a brother, Randy Drum.

In keeping with Ronald’s wishes, services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
