Dianne L. Spiegel, 79, of Williamsport, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at the Williamsport Home. She was preceded in death by her late husband of 20 years, Kenneth D. Spiegel, who passed away January 5, 1999. Born October 28, 1946, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late William and Evelyn V. (Davis) Kibbe. Dianne was a 1964 graduate of Williamsport Area High School and after 17 years, retired as an assistant account manager at Penn College.
