Carl B. Jacobs Sr., 81 of Muncy passed away at his residence on September 18, 2026. He was born in Muncy Creek Township on September 9, 1945, a son of the late Byron C. and Velma (Brown) Jacobs. He enjoyed skating, fishing, and spending time with his family. Carl worked at Keystone Filler Manufacturing in Muncy retiring after 49 years. Carl fostered 17 children. Carl is survived by his sons, Carl Jacobs Jr. and wife Misty, Samuel Jacobs Sr.; daughter, Monica Blaker; and 14 grandchildren.
