Williamsport’s boys soccer team opened the season with a 3-1 win against Reading on Saturday afternoon. Connor Hofstrom had a pair of goals while Brayden Ungard assisted on both. Isaac Balza had an unassisted goal for the Millionaires. Mark Castro scored Reading’s goal. Both Williamsport and Reading had seven shots on goal and in goal, Max Fink had six saves to help Williamsport open the year 1-0.
