Area seniors compete in Central PA senior all-star game for one final high school game

Playing a final game as a senior is always tough, and for numerous area seniors and more throughout District 4, last week’s Central PA senior all-star game was one final time to play high school competition.

The Central PA senior all-star game was held at Lycoming College and numerous District 4 senior standouts, including a few from the area, competed.

The Red Team was made up of Milton’s Tristan Steiner and Jake Harris; Lewisburg’s Grayson Barner, Jack Johnson, Isaac Ayres and Viktor Permyashkin; Montoursville’s Quinn Winslow, Adam Shearer and Cullen Pauling; Jersey Shore’s Jayden Passetti and Breylan Guerrero; Warrior Run’s Ian Miller and Cristian Cirillo; Bloomsburg’s Liam M. Fogg; Shikellamy’s Jesse Kearney; Danville’s Jacob Marks; and Benton’s Dalton Koch.

The Blue Team consisted of Central Columbia’s Maximus Maldonado and Gaige Gensemer; Miflinburg’s Nickali Conklin and Dylan Seigel; Central Mountain’s Griffin Confer, Cole Cooper and Nolan Cross; Midd-West’s Connor Stoltzfus, Gavin Aucker, Alex Trojan and Nathan Straub; Williamsport’s Dumfer-Adjei Frimpong and Wyatt Judge; Loyalscok’s Gabriel DePrenda; Shamokin’s Nathan Erdman; and Northumberland Christian’s Noah Conner and MIchael Cantine.

The goalkeepers for the game were Bloomsburg’s Marc-Alexi Dobbins, Loyalscok’s Connor Lang, Shikellamy’s Nathaniel Allar, Shamokin’s Rhyan Henz and Warrior Run’s Braego Cieslukowski.

Pauling, Trojan and Cieslukowski were honorary captains.
