The Northern Tier League announced its wrestling all-stars for the year for both boys and girls wrestling and the area was well represented on the boys team. No area wrestlers were named to the girls wrestling all-star teams on first or second team.

On the boys side, North Penn-Liberty’s Bodhi Nickerson (107 pounds), Williamson’s Zander Wilson (114), North Penn-Liberty’s Bryce Pequignot (121), Canton’s Carson Rockwell (160) and Williamson’s Luke Sottolano (285) were first-team all-stars.

On the second team, Williamson’s Hunter Simonds (127), Canton’s Tommy Preston (145) and Wellsboro’s Hayden Stevens (215) all earned honors.
