HARRISBURG — The Shapiro administration is encouraging ATV enthusiasts to hit the trails again as the Northcentral Regional ATV Trail reopened in late May for the 2026 season with nearly 1,000 miles of connected roads and trails across Clinton, Lycoming, Potter and Tioga counties. Halifax baseball beats South Williamsport in walk-off fashion

HALIFAX — South Williamsport saw its season come to a tough end in the first round of the PIAA Class AA playoffs as Halifax defeated the Mounties in walk-off fashion, 7-6, at Halifax.
