State police are continuing to investigate a deadly hit-and-run crash in Lycoming County and are asking for help identifying the vehicle involved.

According to Pennsylvania State Police in Montoursville, the crash happened early March 28 along Route 220 in Woodward Township, just west of Williamsport. Investigators believe the collision occurred between 3:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m

Authorities say the victim, 80-year-old Elsie Koch, was struck and killed along the roadway.

Surveillance footage reviewed by investigators shows a dark-colored tractor-trailer pulling a white Walmart trailer traveling through the area around 5:10 a.m. The trailer is believed to have side skirts, which may help identify the vehicle.

Police say the truck was heading south on Route 220, traveling away from Williamsport toward the Lamar and State College area.

Walmart has been notified and is cooperating with investigators.
