HARRISBURG -The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., July 3, that there are 667 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 88,741. All 67 counties in Pennsylvania have cases of COVID-19. Lycoming County has had 196 positive cases to date, Clinton 80 cases, Sullivan six cases and Tioga 26 cases. Local lawmakers say they’ve heard from countless constituents in recent months who have not received state unemployment benefits. HARRISBURG — Federal emergency aid for renters in Pennsylvania hit hard financially during the pandemic is still in the pipeline as Gov. UPMC relocates COVID-19 test collection site to Montoursville

UPMC Susquehanna’s COVID-19 outpatient testing collection site has been relocated to UPMC’s outpatient lab located at 900 Plaza Drive in Montoursville, effective Monday according to Rutul Dalal, MD, infectious diseases medical director.
