James V Brown Library to offer dementia awareness program

The James V. Brown Library, 19 E. Fourth St., and Penn State Extension will discuss dementia during a program in recognition of June as Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. On June 4 from 10 to 11 a.m., presenter Laurie Weinreb-Welch, Food, Families and Health Educator from the Penn State Extension, will host “Dementia Conversations,” a discussion about dementia and the concerns surrounding it.
