Library offers new service

The James V. Brown Library, 19 E. Fourth St., has announced that the hoopla service will offer “Bonus Borrows” that are available for the last seven days of each month, starting in March. Patrons can choose from a selection of TV shows, movies, comics and manga, eBooks, and audiobooks without using their monthly borrows. Hoopla provides patrons in the Library’s Service Area (Williamsport, South Williamsport and Loyalsock Township) with access to an instant collection of over a million titles.
