Nineteen people have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:

Mark Hepburn, 70, of 2010 Fairview Road, Montoursville; state police while on a bicycle in the 4200 block of Route 87 in Upper Fairfield Township on Sept. 5.

Alexandria Chestnut, 32, of 318 Wilson Road, Unityville; state police at Route 118 and Green Valley Road in Wolf Township on Aug. 31; also charged with three summary offenses.

Corey Michael Weaver, 40, 2371 W. Southern Ave., South Williamsport; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on Aug. 16; also charged with two summary violations.

Heidi Lynn Thomas, 47, of 2650 Waldman Drive, apartment 4; state police on Route 220 in Woodward Township on Aug. 11; also charged with 4 summons.

Dominic Max Casale, 19, of 808 Main St., South Williamsport; state police; on Market Street on Aug. 11; also charged with three summary offenses.

Isaiah Mallery, 26, of 35 Spike Lane, Montgomery; city police following a crash in which his car struck another that was parked in the 1500 block of West Fourth Street on Aug. 10; also charged with one summary offense.

Corine Johnson Taylor, 48, of 412 Rural Ave.; state police at Washington Boulevard and Packer Street in the city on Aug. 9; also charged with five summary violations.

Marco Ward, 41, of 1506 Sutton Ave.; state police on Almond Street in the city on Aug. 8; also charged with two summary offenses; thid is his second DUI arrest.

Jeffrey Kolletzki, 31, of 698 Highland Lake Road, Hughesville; state police on South Main Street in Picture Rocks on Aug. 3; also charged with two summons.

Dayquan Carter, 29, 540 Howard St; state police at West Third and Susquehanna streets in the city on July 21; also charged with one summary offense.

Yelena Olson, 21, of 179 Pld Cement Road, lot A42; state police at East Third Street and Tinsman Avenue in Loyalsock Township on July 17; also charged with three summary offenses.

Dustin Pelleschi, 28, of 20 Highfields Drive; city police at Grier Street and Memorial Avenue on July 11.

Kenny Holguin Pinto, 24, of New York, New York; state police on Route 15 in the city on July 6; also charged with four summary offenses.

Megan Lynn Gearhart, 38, of Mifflinburg; state police at Westminster Drive and Reed Street in Loyalsock Township on June 27; also charged with two summary offenses.

Alexis Llewellyn, 25, of 1413 Bloomingrove Road; state police at East Third Street and Westminster Drive in Loyalsock Township on June 12; also charged with four summary offenses.

Tanya Rae Zwolinski, 35, of 533 Market St., apartment 1; city police in the 100 block of Maynard Street on June 7.

Lori Barney, 61, 16 N. Montour St., Montoursville; South Williamsport police in the 600 block of East Mountain Avenue on April 6.

Eric Kurtz Jr., 27, of 2100 Blair St.; state police at Northway and Harvey roads in Loyalsock Township on March 20; also charged with three summary offenses.

Rashad Dandridge, 31, of Phoenixville; South Williamsport police at West Seventh Avenue and Hastings Street on Jan. 28, 2023; also charged with five summary offenses; this was his third DUI arrest.
