James Lee Hall Jr., 37, of 102 Cornwall Ave., Trout Run, will face further court action on state police charges of endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and harassment after he recently waived his preliminary hearing before Solomon.

The charges stem from him shoving his daughter in “an overly aggressive man” at his home on Oct, 17, resulting in injuries to both her wrists, police alleged. One of the girl’s wrists had “a slight disfigurement to it” as a result of the injury, police said. Hall remains free on $15,000 bail.
