New charge lodged against South Williamsport man in domestic disturbance case
During Bradd Michael Miller’s preliminary hearing last week before District Judge Gary Whiteman, South Williamsport police amended the criminal complaint by withdrawing a simple assault charge, but adding a felony offense of intimidation of a witness, according to court records, At the conclusion of the hearing, Miller, 42, of 1121 W. Southern Ave., South Williamsport, was held for court on the felony charge as well as one misdemeanor offense of terroristic threats. The charges stem from him threatening a juvenile by telling the minor he would “put him in the hospital” if he called the cops while Miller was alleged to strike his wife in
the couple’s home on Nov. 16, borough police said in the document. Miller also told the minor that if the police “did show up, he was dead,” it was alleged.
Initially jailed, Miller has since been released on $25,000 bail
