Although the woman had a protection from abuse order filed again him, Charles D. Pittenger is alleged to have stalked and harassed her at various locations – including her home and place of employment – between Jan 10 and Jan. 13, according to state police. Court records stated the alleged incidents occurred in Clinton Township. Pittenger, 54, of Watsontown, has been arraigned before Gardner on charges of stalking and harassment, and remains locked up in lieu $25,000 bail. At a preliminary hearing last week, he was held for court on both charges.
