Police charge 16 with various crimes

Sixteen people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records.

• Joshua Aaron Dawes-Fuller, 38, who also goes by Joshua Aaron Fuller-Dawes, of 6235 Route 220, Linden; two sets of state police charges; aggravated and simple assault, strangulation and related offenses for allegedly beating his wife, Jennifer, with a baseball bat as well as punching and biting her in the couple’s home on Sunday night; the second set of charges was for terroristic threats and harassment after he allegedly threatened to slit her throat in a telephone conversation on Jan. 21; jailed in lieu of $190,000 bail.

• Paul Daniel Lowmiller, 27, of 2046 Lincoln Drive, a convicted sexually-violent predator under Megan’s Law; state police; statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and related offenses for allegedly molesting a 14-year-old girl he met the day before online in Loyalsock Township on Feb. 26; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

• Herbert Lee Brown, 61, of 511 High St.; city police; attempted theft from vehicles for allegedly trying to enter several vehicles illegally while they were parked at the Lycoming College Recreation Center in the 500 block of Mulberry Street on Feb. 25; jailed in lieu of $1,500 bail.

• Medical patient Intisar N. Martin, 40, of 928 W. Fourth St.; city police; aggravated and simple assault; resisting arrest and theft for allegedly punching UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center security guard Gary Holmes in the face as she fled the emergency room in a hospital gown on Feb. 22; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• Joshua Edward Bowers, 28, of Shamokin; state police; felony trespassing, loitering and harassment for allegedly forcing his way into Christopher Lapp’s home at 2046 Lincoln Drive on Feb. 14; initially jailed but now free on $50,000 bail.

• Garrett J. McCloskey, 20, of 645 Campbell St.; state police; possession of LSD and related offenses in the 7700 block of Route 220 in Woodward Township on Jan. 8; jailed in lieu of $100,000 and a probation violation.

• Anthony Lewis Liberti, 58, of 55 Harvest Moon Park, Linden; city police; DUI, convicted felon not to possess a firearm and careless driving following a crash at Via Bella and William Street Jan. 4; a rifle was found behind the driver’s seat, police said; initially jailed but now free on $10,000 bail.

• Dana Marie Waite, 33, of 328 Locust St.; city police; misdemeanor shoplifting and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $5 worth of merchandise from the Family Dollar, 328 Memorial Ave., on Dec. 30; a bench warrant for her arrest was expected to be filed after she failed to appear for a preliminary hearing last week; this was her second shoplifting arrest.

• Brianna Rose Follmer, 23, of South Williamsport; state police; felony trespassing, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at Krag Hall’s home at 5801 Route 287, Jersey Shore, where she forced her way into the garage, breaking several windows on Christmas Day; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• Matthew Brian Hamilton, 29, of 660 Green St.; city police; theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $450 worth of clothing from dryers at the Laundry Depot Laundromat, 501 Pine St., on Dec. 22; released on $5,000 bail; the clothing belonged to Drae Lewis and Sagirah Braxton, police said.

• Brandy M. Bainbridge, 41, of 1223 Weldon St., Montoursville; misdemeanor shoplifting and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $35 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s, 251 William St., on Dec. 20; released on $5,000 bail; this was her second shoplifting arrest.

• Daniel J. Ozlanski, 41, of Marion Heights, Northumberland County; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; DUI in the 300 block of Market Street in the city on Dec. 15; released on $5,000 bail.

• Kylie Lynn Fenstermaker, 22, of 13 Charles St., Montoursville; state police; DUI in the 700 block of Country Club Drive in Loyalsock Township on Dec. 1; released on $2,500 bail.

• Robert P. Merrill, 34, of 712 Clark St.; city police; possession of three hydrocodone pills without a prescription in the 200 block of Market Street on Oct. 6; released on $5,000 bail.

• Joshua Aaron Porter, 34, of 139 Locust St.; the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office; making unsworn falsification to authorities for allegedly putting down false information on an application for a firearm permit at the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Department at the county courthouse on Sept. 22; released on $5,000 bail.

• Matthew Thomas Bausinger, 32, of 2935 Four Mile Drive; state police; DUI and careless driving on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on Aug. 20; released on $7,500; this is his third DUI arrest.
