16 receive sentences
Sixteen people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court.
Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:
• Michael N. Powell, 26, Montoursville, 30 to 60 months, for possession with intent to deliver and fleeing and eluding.
• Lamont Cradle, 35, of Lycoming County Prison, four 1/2 to nine years and 12 months probation for delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility.
Four were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Edwin D. Anderson, 65, 72 hours to six months and $1,000 fine for DUI.
• Hakim Tyrone Kent, 35, of Williamsport, 26 days to 12 months and 10 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance.
• Samuel H. Collins, 42, of Jersey Shore, five to 25 months and 12 months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, and resisting arrest.
• Julius T. King, 49, of Williamsport, nine to 24 months, 36 months probation, and $2,500 in fines for DUI, and driving while under suspension.
Three were sentenced to Intermediate punishment. They areã:
• Breeana V. Woodson, 22, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $500 fine for DUI.
• Brandon Patrick Howey, 41, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring and $1,000 fine for DUI.
• Demond Lewis, 56, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, 60 hours of community service, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $500 fine for DUI.
Seven were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Jordan Zuback, 24, of Beech Creek, six months, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $300 fine for DUI.
• Kyseer Ibn Aziz Wright, 22, of Shamokin, 36 months and 10 hours of community service for recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.
• Eric Leon Wansley, 57, of Williamsport, 30 months for retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.
• Faith Nicole Kolasa, 39, of Williamsport, six months and 25 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.
• Jordan Lee Long, 27, of Muncy, six months, 50 hours of community service, DUI education, drug & alcohol assessment, and $325 in fines for DUI.
• Unique T. Robinson, 22, of Williamsport, 18 months, for possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a communications facility, and possession of a controlled substance.
• Lisa R. Llewellyn, 57, of Williamsport, three years, DUI court, 50 hours of community service, and $2,500 fine for DUI, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, and aggravated assault.
