Five face drug offenses in separate cases

Khaki Tindall, 32, of 410 ½ Louisa St., has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance for his alleged involvement in the sale of three grams of crack cocaine to an informant in the 300 block of Memorial Avenue in the city on March 28, according to the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU). Following his arraignment before District Judge Aaron Biichle, Tindall was released on $15,000 bail. He has since waived his preliminary hearing.

In another case, initially jailed on a probation violation on Feb. 26, Olivia Sharon Ulmer has now been arrested on a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and related offenses, according to city police. The charges stem from passenger Kyiem R. Bradshaw allegedly handing her a large amount of drugs that she quickly stuffed down her pants moments after an officer stopped her vehicle on that night near Walnut Street and Memorial Avenue, according to court records. Taken into custody on a minor probation violation, Ulmer, 20, of 2414 W. Fourth St., while en route to the county prison, disclosed she was hiding on her five bundles of heroin and 44 bags of crack, according to an affidavit. Investigators seized the controlled substances, and arrested Bradshaw on several drug-related offenses. He was locked up in lieu of $50,000 bail. In addition to the felony, Ulmer faces misdemeanor charges of tampering with evidence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She has since waived her preliminary hearing

The first sale occurred in the city in the 1400 block of Market Street while that second one took place outside Saiers’ apartment, investigators alleged. She has since waived her preliminary hearing and is free on bail.

In another case, Lane Sarcinella, 41, of 830 High St., apartment 3, faces felony charges for selling from her apartment a small amount of cocaine to an informant on Nov. 30, it was alleged in court papers filed by the NEU.
