Carol E. (Kaiser) Segraves

Carol E. (Kaiser) Segraves, 88, of Nippenose Valley, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away at The Gatehouse of Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Pa on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

Born in Williamsport, Pa on November 8, 1936 she was the daughter of the late George Kaiser and Elva (Coleman) Kaiser Decker.

Carol retired from Camp Mount Luther, Mifflinburg, Pa as their chef after over 20 years of service.

She was predeceased by her husband of over 57 years, James E. Segraves, who passed away on July 30, 2018.

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her brother, Richard Kaiser, Sr. and her beloved stepdaughter, Margaret Shadle.

Carol is survived by her children, Kelly (Deb), James II (Stacey), Patrick (Kate) and Christopher. She will be greatly missed by her granddaughter, Attie Boob (Jared) who cherished and adored her grandmother, as well as her other grandchildren, Kira, Shannon, Kelly, Amber, Brandon, Travis, Gabrielle, James III, Adrienne and Lewis Jr.; siblings, Robert (Mary Jane) Kaiser, Sr., Steven (Christine) Kaiser, Sr., Ann Haas and Michael (Mary Ann) Kaiser and 18 great grandchildren.

A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc. (d/b/a Cremation Society of North Central PA), 408 South Main St. Jersey Shore Pa with Mr. Chad Hershberger officiating. (Parking is located in the rear of the funeral home along Cherry Alley). Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. If desired memorials may be made in Carol’s memory to Camp Mount Luther, 355 Mt. Luther Drive, Mifflinburg, Pa 17844. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
