Often referenced in today’s headlines but still widely misunderstood, “grooming” describes the behaviors used by child predators to build trust and normalize inappropriate interactions, often disguising exploitation as affection or mentorship. Turning down grants

Williamsport got it wrong. While ARLE grant projects can be worthwhile, no municipality should accept the money, since it came from red-light cameras(which should be banned in PA.) If we had best-practice engineering and enforcement, then practically nobody would ever “run” a light. Most people do not “run” a light on purpose. The man who claims to be the “Peace President” is running a bizarre campaign to capture the Nobel Peace Prize. He is responsible for the killing of over 163 people by ordering the sinking of over 40 boats in the Caribbean and eastern Pacific that he claims, without evidence, were smuggling drugs. Are we really in an AI data center race? We are repeatedly told that the United States must rapidly expand data centers to avoid falling behind China in artificial intelligence.
