LEWISBURG — Sarah Althouse earned Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year honors, three Bison received slots on the Preseason All-Patriot League Team, and Bucknell was projected to finish fourth, as voted by the conference’s head coaches. Lycoming is second in Landmark Conference Coaches Poll in football

The Lycoming College football team was selected second in the Landmark Conference Preseason Coaches’ Poll, the conference office announced. Susquehanna topped the poll after reaching the NCAA Division III Championship quarterfinals in 2025, posting 34 points and four first-place votes. Lycoming was close behind with 30 points and two first-place votes, while Wilkes was third with 29 points and a first-place vote. For the second time in three nights, Matthew Williams notched a home run as the Williamsport Crosscutters defeated the West Virginia Black Bears in the series opener on Thursday, 6-4, at Kendrick Family Ballpark.
