Police work at the scene near Memorial Avenue and Lloyd Streets, where three people were shot at about 2:45 p.m. on Monday afternoon in Williamsport. The victims were believed to be be teens according to a resident.
One girl and one boy were shot in the lower body and one boy suffered a grave injury and CPR was performed on him at the scene.
Residents in the neighborhood, including a nurse, rushed to the victims to render aide before EMS arrived.
